Job Description

We are hiring Customer Support Executives for a Premium Travel Voice Process. This opportunity is ideal for candidates with strong English communication skills who are eager to build a career in the BPO industry. Both freshers and experienced candidates are welcome.



Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound customer queries professionally
  • Provide accurate and timely resolutions to customer concerns
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
  • Follow process guidelines and quality standards

Eligibility Criteria

  • Graduate (Mandatory)
  • Freshers & Experienced candidates can apply
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities
  • Prior BPO experience preferred

Shift Details

  • Male Candidates: Rotational Shifts (24/7)
  • Female Candidates: Rotational Shifts

Salary & Benefits

  • Salary: 31,000 CTC
  • Working Days: 5 Days a Week
  • Training: Paid Training
