With fixed salary & permanent hiring.

- Customer Support Associate (L2).

- Have to resolute customer?s query Voice Call
? Mandatory Criteria-
- Min HS Passed.
- Fresher & experienced both can apply
- Excellent verbal communication skill in English & Hindi without major MTI for Voice
process
- Should have not applied for any Flipkart interview in last 3 month
- Customer orientation.
- Ready to work in 24/7 Shifts
- No planned leave for upcoming 3 month after joining
- 10 hours of the day, 9 hrs. work and 1 hour break
- 5 days working (rotational week off)
- Should have a typing speed of 25WPM with 90% accuracy

- Voice Versant (V4 and above)

- Client Round ? Video Call

- Salary for minimum 6 months experience candidate ? 220,000 LPA, 16 K/Month.
- Fresher- 212,000 LPA, 15.603 K/ Month.
- Salary for Apprentice (Complete Fresher & doesn?t have any PF account) 15,800
k/Month.
- 100% fixed salary
- Pick up or drop for odd shifts
