Job Description:
Key Responsibilities of the Renewals Representative Role:
- Manage end-to-end customer renewal processes for assigned pipelines.
- Engage proactively with customers to ensure timely contract/subscription renewals.
- Demonstrated clear, professional communication via email and calls, maintaining a strong customer-first approach.
- Work cross-functionally with internal teams (Account Executives, Customer Success, CX BP Team, Sales, Finance- AR/AP) to resolve renewal-related issues.
- Identify potential churn risks and act swiftly to mitigate them.
- Maintain accurate renewal data in SFDC and track performance metrics.
- Identify and route upsell/cross-sell opportunities to the appropriate teams
