- Handle customer queries via phone calls, emails, or chats with empathy and professionalism.
- Resolve customer issues promptly and efficiently while maintaining a high level of service quality.
- Meet performance targets set for call handling time, resolution rates, and first-call resolution ratios.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 1-5 years of experience in BPO/Call Centre environment.
- Excellent communication skills (verbal & written).
- Strong voice processing abilities.
- Ability to work on rotational shifts including weekends.
- Proficiency in handling domestic voice processes.
