About the Role

• Sun Knowledge Inc. is hiring International Process Associates for its US Healthcare Medical Billing process.
• This is a non-sales, non-target role focused on customer support and account handling for US doctors and hospitals.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer support and account-related queries for US doctors and hospitals
• Resolve issues related to medical billing and insurance claims
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure accurate resolution
  Maintain high standards of communication and professionalism

Eligibility Criteria

• Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written)
• Open to Freshers and Experienced candidates
• Minimum qualification: 12th Pass
• Comfortable working in night shifts
• Strong interpersonal and analytical skills
• Immediate joiners preferred
• Age limit: Up to 35 years
