- Handle inbound and outbound calls for international customers
- Provide excellent customer service, addressing queries and concerns
- Resolve customer issues efficiently and effectively
- Document customer interactions and follow up on unresolved issues
- Meet or exceed call handling targets and quality benchmarks
- Collaborate with team members to improve customer experience
*Shift Details:*
- 5 days working, 2 rotational weeks off
- US/UK rotational shifts (9.5 hours, including 1-hour break)
- One-way cab facility provided
