We are looking for an experienced Voice and Accent (V&A) Communication Coach to join our Language & Communication Excellence team in Hyderabad.

This is an individual contributor role responsible for coaching employees to enhance their spoken English, pronunciation, fluency, and communication effectiveness in client-facing and operational environments.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Conduct Voice & Accent, Business Communication, and Soft Skills training for new hires and tenured associates.
• Deliver customized communication sessions through classroom, virtual, and one-on-one coaching.
• Evaluate participants spoken communication, pronunciation, clarity and grammar.
• Collaborate with operations and quality teams to identify communication gaps and design targeted interventions.
• Conduct mock calls, role-plays, and calibration sessions to enhance real-world communication effectiveness.
• Maintain accurate training data, improvement reports, and performance metrics.
• Continuously update training content and stay current with global communication and linguistic trends.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelors degree
• 3 to 8 years of experience as a Voice & Accent / Communication Coach / Language Trainer in a BPO or corporate environment
• Excellent understanding of English pronunciation, intonation, and cross-cultural communication
• Strong facilitation, feedback delivery, and interpersonal skills
• Certifications such as Train the Trainer preferred
• Proficiency in MS Office tools and virtual training platforms
