• Proven track record of closing niche skills and high-volume permanent and C2H positions

• Strong understanding of permanent staffing lifecycle including rate negotiation

• You are familiar with sourcing tools like LinkedIn, Naukri, etc.

• You understand tech hiring fundamentals and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment

• You are proactive, organized, and passionate about matching talent with opportunity
