Role & responsibilities

• Identifying and attracting potential candidates through various channels like job boards, social media, and referrals.
• Team handling experience is must
• Technical Expertise: Understanding the technical requirements of IT roles and translating them into job descriptions.
• Interviewing and Assessment: Conducting interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' skills and qualifications.
• Hiring Process Management: Collaborating with hiring managers, negotiating job offers, and ensuring a smooth onboarding process.
• Candidate Relations: Building and maintaining relationships with candidates to foster a positive candidate experience and build a pipeline for future hiring needs.
• Staying Updated: Keeping up-to-date on industry trends, technologies, and best practices in IT recruitment.
• Client Relationship Management: Collaborating with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored recruitment solutions.
• Employer Branding: Promoting the company's reputation as a great place to work.
