Role : Branch Operations Manager || Chennai Location

Key Deliverables

• Enhancement of deposit pool from customers
• Establishing standards and delivery of service
• Sale of non deposit products. Cross selling targets progressively.
• Sale of Mutual Fund and Insurance products
• Managing Fee Income, Branch administration and Regulatory compliance
• Manager productivity, morale of branch personnel
• Overall responsible for break-even and P&L of the branch
• Liaising with product management team, marketing with other centers & verticals for new product development , service enhancements and sales initiatives.

Desired Candidate Profile

• 5+ years of experience in Banking
• Must be currently employed in Mumbai as part of Branch Banking vertical only
• Must have sales experience and exposure to liability products
• In depth understanding of financial instruments markets and macro-micro economic processes.
• Ability to carry along all the units involved in the customer service cycle to ensure customer delight.

Qualification, Experience & Age Criteria:

• 5 + years of experience in Banking
• Graduate/Post Graduate preferred
• Age Criteria : Below 36 Years
