Roles and Responsibilities
- Handle customer queries via phone calls, emails, or chats with empathy and professionalism.
- Resolve customer issues promptly and efficiently while maintaining a high level of accuracy.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 1-6 years of experience in BPO/Call Centre environment handling international voice processes (US/UK).
- Excellent communication skills in English language with good pronunciation.
- Ability to work on rotational shifts including night shifts as per business requirements.
