Job Description

Experience: 4+ Years

1. Software Architecture & Development

• Design and develop scalable Java applications using Spring Boot, Hibernate, JPA & Microservices
  
• Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code following best practices
  
• Build RESTful APIs, GraphQL & SOAP services
  
• Work with multithreading, concurrency & distributed systems
  

2. Technical Leadership & Code Quality

• Mentor junior and mid-level developers
  
• Conduct code reviews and enforce coding standards
  
• Design reusable components and frameworks
  
• Apply SOLID principles & design patterns
  

3. Database & API Development

• Work with SQL & NoSQL databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Cassandra)
  
• Optimize queries, indexing, and schema design
  
• Ensure database security and transaction management
  

4. Security & Performance Optimization

• Implement OAuth, JWT, Spring Security
  
• Ensure compliance with OWASP security guidelines
  
• Performance tuning using Redis, caching & async processing
  

5. Testing, Debugging & Troubleshooting

• Unit & integration testing using JUnit, Mockito
  
• Debug and resolve production issues
  
• Logging using Log4j / SLF4J
  

6. CI/CD & DevOps Collaboration

• CI/CD using Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI/CD
  
• Cloud deployments on AWS / Azure / GCP
  
• Containerization with Docker & Kubernetes
  

7. Agile & Stakeholder Collaboration

• Participate in Agile ceremonies
  
• Work closely with product owners, BAs & UI/UX teams
  

8. Documentation & Continuous Learning

• Maintain technical & architectural documentation
  
• Stay updated with latest Java and cloud technologies
  

Requirements

Technical Skills:

• Core Java (JDK 11+), Spring Boot, Hibernate, JPA
  
• Microservices, REST APIs, GraphQL, WebSockets
  
• SQL & NoSQL databases
  
• Cloud platforms (AWS / Azure / GCP)
  
• Testing tools: JUnit, Mockito, TestNG, Cucumber
  
• CI/CD & DevOps: Jenkins, Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform
  
• Security: OWASP, OAuth, JWT, RBAC
  

Soft Skills:

• Strong leadership and mentoring skills
  
• Excellent problem-solving abilities
  
• Clear communication and teamwork
  
• Ability to work in fast-paced environments
  

Preferred:

• Bachelors / Master?s in CS, IT, or related field
  
• Certifications (OCJP, AWS, Spring) are a plus
