Job Title: Customer Support Executive International Voice Process

Job Summary:
We are looking for customer-focused Freshers who is interested to join our International Voice Support team. As a Customer Support Executive, you will be the first point of contact for global customers, assisting them with queries, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring a seamless service experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound calls from international customers.
- Resolve product or service-related queries and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
- Provide accurate information and troubleshoot customer concerns effectively.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and experience.
- Document all interactions in the system as per process guidelines.
- Meet or exceed performance metrics such as call quality, response time, and customer satisfaction scores.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
- Must be a graduate in any discipline. (We are hiring only Under Graduates for this role - No Post graduates are taken)
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English.
- Should be comfortable to work in night shifts/rotational shifts.
- Prior experience in BPO/Call Center environment.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and ticketing systems.
- Ability to handle pressure and multitask effectively.
