Role & responsibilities

CNC - VMC & HMC Milling Operator/Setter:

• Experience in CNC - VMC & HMC milling operating, setting on 3, 4, and 5-axis machines.
• Basic programming knowledge in Fanuc/Siemens and Okuma controls.
• Proficient in part prove out on Milling 3, 4, 5 axis machines and HMC machines.
• Expertise in Selection of cutting tools and parameters for Aerospace materials.
• Proficient in GD&T, Shop floor trouble shooting, strong analytical skill in CMM report interpretation.
• Inspecting the parts using precision measuring tools, identifying defects, and making necessary adjustments to maintain quality standards.

CNC - Turning and Turn mill Operator/Setter:

• Experience in CNC Turning & Turn Mill operating and setting.
• Basic programming knowledge in Fanuc and Okuma controls.
• Proficient in part prove out on turning/turn mill machines.
• Proficient in GD&T, Shop floor trouble shooting, strong analytical skill in CMM report interpretation.
• Expertise in selecting cutting tools and parameters for aerospace materials
• Inspecting the parts using precision measuring tools, identifying defects, and making necessary adjustments to maintain quality standards.

Qualification BE/B. Tech/Diploma in Mechanical

Experience: 2-10 Years, preferably Aerospace/ Precision machining /Prior experience in CNC Operating/Setting background
