Key Responsibilities

• Handle claim intimation, registration, and documentation.
• Verify policy coverage and assess claim admissibility.
• Coordinate with surveyors and workshops for vehicle inspection.
• Review repair estimates and validate technical accuracy.
• Negotiate with garages to control repair costs.
• Scrutinize claim documents and identify discrepancies/fraud signals.
• Process claims and prepare settlement notes within TAT.
• Provide claim updates and support to customers.
• Ensure compliance with IRDAI regulations and internal processes.
• Maintain MIS reports and track claim progress.

Required Qualifications

• Diploma or BE in Automobile Engineering or Mechanical Engineering.
