Open Positions

Senior Automation / Performance Test Engineer

Experience: 4+ Years (Minimum 3 years relevant experience)
CTC Budget: 6 to 8 LPA

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain automation test scripts using Selenium with Java
• Perform functional automation testing for banking applications
• Execute performance testing using tools such as LoadRunner / JMeter / NeoLoad
• Analyze performance test results and provide tuning recommendations
• Collaborate with business, development, and QA teams
• Ensure adherence to banking quality standards and best practices

Mandatory Skills:

• Selenium Automation with Java (Strong hands-on experience)
• Performance Testing: LoadRunner / JMeter / NeoLoad
• Banking Domain experience is mandatory
• Experience in test planning, execution, and defect management

Junior Automation / Performance Test Engineer

Experience: 3+ Years (Minimum 2 years relevant experience)
CTC Budget: 5 to 7 LPA

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute automation test scripts using Selenium with Java
• Support automation and regression testing activities
• Participate in test case creation and execution for banking applications
• Assist in defect tracking and reporting
• Work closely with senior testers and leads

Mandatory Skills:

• Selenium with Java automation testing
• Good understanding of QA processes and SDLC/STLC
• Banking Domain experience is mandatory

Mandatory Criteria (For All Roles)

• Strong experience in Banking Domain
• Hands-on experience in Automation and/or Performance Testing
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities
