Role Overview

We are hiring Senior and Junior Software Test Engineers with strong experience in Core Banking applications and end-to-end testing lifecycle. The role involves functional testing of banking systems, collaboration with business and technical teams, and ensuring high-quality delivery across releases.

Senior Software Test Engineer

Experience & Budget

• CTC: 5 7 LPA
• Experience Option 1:
  • 4+ years total experience
  • Minimum 3+ years of relevant experience as a Test Engineer
  • Qualification: B.E / B.Tech / MSc (IT) / MCA
  • Domain: Core Banking
• OR Experience Option 2:
  • 5+ years total experience
  • Minimum 4+ years of relevant experience as a Test Engineer
  • Qualification: B.Sc (IT) / BCA
  • Domain: Core Banking

Key Responsibilities

• Perform end-to-end functional testing of Core Banking applications
• Prepare test scenarios, test cases, and test data
• Execute SIT, UAT, and Regression testing
• Log, track, and manage defects through closure
• Coordinate with business users, developers, and stakeholders
• Ensure adherence to testing processes and quality standards

Junior Software Test Engineer

Experience & Budget

• CTC: 4 5 to 5 LPA
• Experience Option 1:
  • 2+ years total experience
  • Minimum 1+ year of relevant experience as a Test Engineer
  • Qualification: B.E / B.Tech / MSc (IT) / MCA
  • Domain: Core Banking
• OR Experience Option 2:
  • 3+ years total experience
  • Minimum 2+ years of relevant experience as a Test Engineer
  • Qualification: B.Sc (IT) / BCA
  • Domain: Core Banking

Key Responsibilities

• Execute test cases for Core Banking applications
• Support senior testers in SIT, UAT, and Regression cycles
• Identify, log, and retest defects
• Understand business requirements and testing scope
• Prepare basic test documentation and reports

Mandatory Skills

• Strong knowledge of Core Banking domain
• Experience in End-to-End Testing Life Cycle (STLC)
• Functional testing of banking applications
• Good understanding of banking modules/processes
• Strong communication and coordination skills
