Role & responsibilities

Mandatory Skillsets/qualification/requirements:

  • At least 3-6integrations design and development using each of Workday integration types of EIB, Core Connectors, Cloud Connect, Document Transforms, and Workday Studio, Payroll
  • Production Support for integrations Jobs scheduling, monitoring, and break fixes
  • Experience in development of complex Workday reports ? Advanced, Matrix/ Composite
  • 3-4 BIRT layouts design and build
  • General knowledge and design of at least 2-3 Workday functional areas
  • Good understanding of Workday security
  • Use of at least 3+ third party integration framework is preferred
  • Good written & oral communication skills & strong team player

Good to Have Skillsets:

  • Implementation/Support experience of systems like in Oracle, SAP, PeopleSoft but not limited to these will be an added advantage
  • Experience in creation and support of Payroll, Recruitment and Talent Management web-services is added advantage

Responsibilities:

  • Work independently or with Customer teams/ Integration Leads/Tech Lead and/or Project Manager to participate in integrations delivery
  • Maintain and Support workday integrations and related tickets
  • Gather requirements and prototype the integrations
  • Maintain continuously and support current integrations by resolving defects (if any), enhance and apply required updates, as necessary
  • Perform design, development, testing and deployment of integrations
  • Partner with the team on Integrations solution design, development, delivery and documentation
  • Facilitate transfer of knowledge to associates on the developed integrations, if and when Client desires
  • Track issues and risks, communicate status and escalate concerns
  • Ability to work with the team that can be geographically dispersed, in planning support and be available to support or guide as and when necessary
