Role & responsibilities
Mandatory Skillsets/qualification/requirements:
- At least 8-10 integrations design and development using each of Workday integration types of EIB, Core Connectors, Cloud Connect, Document Transforms, and Workday Studio, Payroll
- Production Support for integrations Jobs? scheduling, monitoring, and break fixes
- Experience in development of complex Workday reports ? Advanced, Matrix/ Composite
- 3-4 BIRT layouts design and build
- General knowledge and design of at least 2-3 Workday functional areas
- Good understanding of Workday security
- Use of at least 3+ third party integration framework is preferred
- Good written & oral communication skills & strong team player
Good to Have Skillsets:
- Implementation/Support experience of systems like in Oracle, SAP, PeopleSoft but not limited to these will be an added advantage
- Experience in creation and support of Payroll, Recruitment and Talent Management web-services is added advantage
Responsibilities:
- Work independently or with Customer teams/ Integration Leads/Tech Lead and/or Project Manager to participate in integrations delivery
- Maintain and Support workday integrations and related tickets
- Gather requirements and prototype the integrations
- Maintain continuously and support current integrations by resolving defects (if any), enhance and apply required updates, as necessary
- Perform design, development, testing and deployment of integrations
- Partner with the team on Integrations solution design, development, delivery and documentation
- Facilitate transfer of knowledge to associates on the developed integrations, if and when Client desires
- Track issues and risks, communicate status and escalate concerns
- Ability to work with the team that can be geographically dispersed, in planning support and be available to support or guide as and when necessary
