Listings come from employers, partner feeds and roles MetroHires recruits for on behalf of client employers whose names are kept confidential until the interview stage. MetroHires checks listings for quality but cannot guarantee that every role is still open, and applying through the site does not guarantee a response or an offer.

Users must comply with certain responsibilities while using MetroHires to ensure a fair and respectful environment.

Certain behaviors are not allowed on MetroHires to maintain a safe and professional platform for all users.

MetroHires offers a read-only public API and an MCP endpoint so AI assistants can search its job listings. Use is free within the published rate limits; listing data is provided as-is and may not be resold as a dataset.

Site content belongs to MetroHires or its licensors. Users keep the rights to the material they submit and grant MetroHires permission to pass it to the employer for the role applied to.

MetroHires provides listings as-is and is not liable for hiring decisions, employer conduct or decisions made on information found on the site.

MetroHires may suspend accounts or remove content that breaks these terms. Users can ask for their data to be deleted at any time.

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and disputes are subject to its courts.
